Happy Happy Joy Joy!

image
I just love the colors of blue in this sweater!  Despite the name of the blog, blue is actually my favorite color and this yarn is just so blue, blue blue!  Love it!

I’ve gotten farther down the body and it’s time to try it on again and see where it’s hitting on me so I can decide how long I actually want it.  I’ve got to remember to save a little bit of yarn for the neckline ribbing (which will smooth out the short rows there).  I might go ahead and work that soon instead of waiting until I’m finished with the body so I can use as much as I need to for a longer body.    On the other hand, once I try it on, I might decided that it doesn’t need to be too much longer after all.  Obviously, I’ve got to try it on first.

I hope you all have a great weekend!  We’re supposed to be a little warmer this weekend, starting today, and I can’t tell you how much I’m going to enjoy it!

Blue is my favorite color too and that is gorgeous. And Madtosh is my favorite yarn. So, keep your eye on your sweater so it doesn't disappear!

This is really beautiful! So, what is going on with the nick in the neckline? Is that caused by short rows?
